How to Install python-gnome2 software package in Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr)

python-gnome2 software package provides Python bindings for the GNOME desktop environment, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,

$ sudo apt-get update
$ sudo apt-get install python-gnome2

python-gnome2 is installed in your system.

Make ensure the python-gnome2 package were installed using the commands given below,

$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep python-gnome2 *
